30-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee
If your item doesn’t fit as expected, you may request a one-time free size replacement within 30 days of delivery.
To request a replacement, simply contact our support team at support@omyrawear.com and include your order number and the size you would like instead. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
This guarantee is designed to help you find your perfect fit and applies once per order.
Refunds
Because we offer a free replacement instead of traditional returns for sizing issues, refunds are generally not issued for size-related concerns.
If a refund is approved for another valid reason, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@omyrawear.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@omyrawear.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Eligibility
If a return is required for another valid reason, the item must:
- be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- be returned in its original packaging
- include proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items without tracking.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
-items purchased during final sale or clearance
-gift cards
-items damaged due to misuse or improper care
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
